You know how people always say you can be whatever you want to be?

That's true. The only catch is you have to have the skills to get there. The JA Fellows can help you get those skills. You'll also gain confidence and recognition as you get access to the world of business you simply can't get in school.

All you have to do to become a JA Fellow is:

Be a 9th thru 12th grade student for the 2009 – 2010 school year at any public, private, and homeschool
Submit an online application including a 250-500 word essay
Demonstrate community involvement, extracurricular participation and/or work experience
Interview with members of the JA Fellows Advisory Team
Have your Parent or Guardian complete the online Parent/Guardian Consent Form on your behalf
Have access to reliable transportation, which includes public transportation
Have your Recommender complete the online Recommendation Form on your behalf. Only one solid recommendation is needed, no more than two!
Demonstrate personal motivation & commitment to attend the program regularly
