Before You Begin:

• All applicants must have an e-mail account that is checked regularly. This is your responsibility, not your parents.
• Your attendance, active participation & positive attitude are vital to your success in the program. Due to the limited number of spots available, unexcused absences, lack of motivation, or a poor attitude will result in your spot being given to a deserving individual on our Waitlist.
• A successful application will also consist of a completed online Parent/Guardian Consent Form, an online Recommendation Form & an Interview. Only one solid recommendation is needed; please have no more than two recommenders! You will select your preferred interview date on the application.
• You will also be asked to submit a 250-500 word personal statement as part of your application. You may wish to view the topic below and prepare your statement in advance, and then cut and paste your essay in the space provided. Applications submitted without an essay will NOT be considered.
